Terms And Conditions

As your hosts we would like you to enjoy a trouble free Tour/Flight holiday/event and to enjoy your time in the way you intended, however it is a requirement to agree on certain terms and conditions.

Bookings
must be made within a reasonable time, approximately six weeks ahead of a planned tour/ activity.

No smoking is allowed in tour vehicles, guest houses or other amenities where signs prohibit smoking. South Africa has passed a law where smoking is prohibited in enclosed areas such as restaurants unless where smoking areas are provided.

Ensure that your Medical Aid / Insurance covers your stay within South Africa. Not included in your tour are gratuities and tips as well as excursions not related to the tour or excursions.

Airfares domestic and or from your country to South Africa and back is for your account unless pre arranged and agreed upon as part of the package.

It is strongly advisable that you have sufficient insurance that cover loss or damage of goods as well as life insurance for your stay in South Africa or on activities.

Our Company reserves the right to make alterations to the routes, venues accommodation and vehicles (including aircraft), tour guides or drivers in the event that the route, accommodation, vehicles and staff becomes inadvisable or unavailable. Extra costs for alterations and changes are for the clients account.

While we do wish you to have an enjoyable tour, misbehavior of passengers are not permitted and could be off loaded or tour/activity cancelled without any refunds.

The person making a booking on behalf of any other person or company  warrants that he or she has authority to enter into a contract on behalf of the other person or company.

Prices quoted may change without prior notice due to certain factors beyond our control, such as fuel price increases, road levies, taxes, exchange rates etc. The change of fee in this regard will be for the clients account as amended.

The companies TF Systems Analysis cc trading as “Tours For South Africa”, affiliated agents, its staff or organizations that are visited or made use of are hereby indemnified in full against any claim what so ever.

A deposit of 50% is required 30 days prior (non refundable) and full payment required 7 days prior to the beginning of the function, tour or excursion.

Cancellation policy:  50% of the fee is applicable prior to 30 days and 100% cancellation fee would be in affect if tour, activities or functions are cancelled within 30 days of planned activity or tour.

Conferences and incentive group numbers to be confirmed 10 days prior to function. We will Endeavour to accommodate an increase in numbers but cannot reduce costs when numbers are reduced, once numbers have been finalized.

If for any other reason payments are delayed beyond 30 days 5% interest above prime lending rate will be charged. Extra cost such as legal fees or any other cost incurred as a result of non or late payment will be for the client’s account.

Where other institutions are used or incorporated where terms and conditions of that institution are more limiting, the most limiting terms and conditions apply.

Surcharges will apply if any services are rendered beyond 23h00.
