- Bookings must be made within a reasonable time, approximately six weeks ahead of a planned tour.
- No smoking is allowed in tour buses, guest houses or other amenities where signs prohibit smoking. South Africa has passed a law where smoking is prohibited in enclosed areas such as restaurants unless where smoking areas are provided
- Ensure that your Medical Aid / Insurance covers your stay within South Africa
- Not included are gratuities and tips as well as excursions not related to the tour. Airfare from your country to South Africa and back is for your account.
- Though our company carries third party insurance it is strongly advisable that you have sufficient insurance that cover loss or damage of goods as well as life insurance for your stay in South Africa.
- Our Company reserves the right to make alterations to the routes or accommodation in the event that the route or accommodation becomes inadvisable
- While we do wish you to have an enjoyable tour, misbehaviour of passengers are not permitted
- The person making a booking on behalf of any other person warrants that he or she has authority to enter into a contract of behalf of the other person.
- On or before your arrival it will be required to sign a contractual document including the terms and conditions of the tour.
- When making a booking you will receive a tour package wherein we will inform you of your tour itinerary, what you need to pack, Terms and Conditions, a personal information request form as well as other documents to be completed and returned at the latest on arrival.
